These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at neorangusa.com (the "Site") and the matchmaking services (the "Service") offered by NEORANG USA, operated by JS Match LLC ("NEORANG USA," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.

1. About the Service

NEORANG USA is a human-managed, private matchmaking service for Korean and Korean-American adults residing in the United States. Our team reviews client information and preferences, conducts interviews, and personally introduces clients to compatible individuals.

NEORANG USA is not a self-service online dating platform where users browse profiles and message each other freely. Introductions are curated and facilitated by our staff. Clients do not pay other clients — all payments for the Service are made directly to JS Match LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You represent that all information you provide to us is accurate and that you are using the Service for legitimate, personal matchmaking purposes.

3. Fees and Payment

Service fees vary by client depending on the scope, term, and type of matchmaking arrangement selected. Your applicable fees are disclosed to you and agreed upon before you make any payment. No additional fee will be charged without your prior agreement. See our Pricing page for more detail.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Without limiting that policy, you agree that you will not use the Service, and NEORANG USA will not knowingly facilitate the use of the Service, for:

• Human trafficking, including sexual exploitation, in any form
• Facilitating, aiding, abetting, or encouraging abuse of any kind
• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or coercion of any person
• Fraud, misrepresentation, or other illegal activity
• Prostitution, escort services, or paid companionship arrangements
• Sexually driven matchmaking or solicitation of sexual services
• Mail-order bride arrangements or immigration-based marriage arrangements (i.e., arranging marriage primarily to obtain immigration benefits rather than to form a genuine relationship)
• Any exploitation of minors
• Any other illegal or abusive purpose

NEORANG USA is a legitimate professional matchmaking service and does not provide, endorse, or knowingly facilitate escort services, paid companionship, adult or sexually driven dating services, prostitution-related services, mail-order bride services, or immigration-based marriage arrangements. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for any client found to be using, or attempting to use, the Service for any of the purposes listed above, without refund, and to report such conduct to law enforcement where appropriate. 5. No Guarantee of Outcome

NEORANG USA makes reasonable efforts to identify compatible matches and to verify information provided by clients, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome, including that you will be matched, that any match will result in a relationship or marriage, or that information provided by other clients is complete or accurate.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NEORANG USA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other individuals introduced through the Service.

7. Relationship to Your Signed Service Agreement

If you have signed an individual membership or service agreement directly with NEORANG USA, that signed agreement governs your specific service arrangement, fees, and refund terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. If a dispute arises between you and NEORANG USA, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, it shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
