Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who accesses the website located at neorangusa.com or uses the matchmaking services (together, the "Service") provided by NEORANG USA, operated by JS Match LLC ("NEORANG USA," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms & Conditions.

NEORANG USA is a legitimate professional matchmaking agency. We do not provide, endorse, or knowingly facilitate escort services, paid companionship, adult or sexually driven dating services, prostitution-related services, mail-order bride services, or immigration-based marriage arrangements. This policy exists to keep our community safe and to make clear what is never permitted on our Service.

1. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service, and you may not ask, pressure, or attempt to use NEORANG USA staff to facilitate the following, under any circumstances:

• Human trafficking, including sexual exploitation, in any form
• Facilitating, aiding, abetting, or encouraging abuse of any kind, including emotional, physical, financial, or sexual abuse
• Harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation directed at another person
• Coercion of another person into any act or relationship against their will
• Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation of your identity, marital status, or any material fact
• Any illegal activity under applicable federal, state, or local law
• Prostitution or escort services, or solicitation of the same
• Paid companionship arrangements of any kind
• Sexually driven matchmaking, or use of the Service to solicit sexual services
• Mail-order bride services
• Immigration-based marriage arrangements — i.e., seeking or arranging a marriage primarily to obtain an immigration benefit rather than to form a genuine relationship
• Exploitation of minors in any form; the Service may not be used by or on behalf of minors
• Any other use of NEORANG USA for an illegal or abusive purpose

2. Honest Participation

You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, including your identity, marital status, and background, and to promptly correct any information that becomes inaccurate. Providing false information to obtain a match, or to conceal a relationship or marital status, is a violation of this policy.

3. Respectful Conduct Toward Matches

You agree to treat individuals introduced to you through the Service with respect. Any conduct toward a match that is abusive, harassing, coercive, or otherwise inappropriate is prohibited and may be reported to us.

4. Reporting a Concern

If you believe another client, or anyone using the Service, has violated this policy — or if you have safety concerns about an interaction facilitated through NEORANG USA — please contact us immediately at neorangusa@gmail.com. If you are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services (911 in the United States) first.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us. Where appropriate, we may report conduct to law enforcement or other relevant authorities. See our Law Enforcement page for how we handle valid legal requests.
