Last updated: August 17, 2026

This page explains how NEORANG USA, operated by JS Match LLC ("NEORANG USA," "we," "us," or "our") responds to requests for information from law enforcement and other government authorities. This page is intended for law enforcement and government agencies. Clients with account or service questions should visit our Contact page instead.

1. Our Approach

NEORANG USA takes the privacy of our clients seriously and is also committed to cooperating with legitimate, legally valid requests from law enforcement and government authorities. Every request we receive is reviewed for legal sufficiency before any information is disclosed.

2. Types of Requests We Accept

3. How to Submit a Request

Law enforcement and government agencies may submit requests, including the applicable legal process, to:

NEORANG USA, operated by JS Match LLC
Email: neorangusa@gmail.com
Mailing Address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA

Please include the requesting agency, the name and contact information of the requesting officer or official, the legal basis for the request, and a description of the specific information sought.

4. Emergency Requests Involving Imminent Harm

If you are a law enforcement or government official making a request related to an emergency involving imminent danger of death or serious physical harm to a person, please clearly mark your request as an emergency, describe the nature of the emergency, and include contact information so we can follow up promptly.

5. Legal Process

Where legally required, we expect a request to be accompanied by valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or warrant) appropriate to the type of information requested. We may object to requests that we believe are overbroad, unclear, or not properly issued, and we may seek to narrow a request before responding.

6. Notice to Clients

Where we are permitted to do so under applicable law, we may notify the affected client of a request for their information. Where notice is prohibited by law or court order (for example, under a non-disclosure order), we will comply with that restriction.

7. Contact

For all law enforcement and government inquiries, please use the contact information in Section 3 above.
