We do not use your personal information for any purpose beyond those listed above without first obtaining your consent.

3. Retention and Deletion

When your membership ends or you request account deletion, your personal information is generally deleted without undue delay. However, certain information may be retained for up to 5 years after your membership ends where necessary to prevent fraudulent or abusive reuse of the Service, or where otherwise required to resolve disputes under applicable law. We do not retain all personal data for a fixed 5-year period by default — retention beyond deletion is limited to what is necessary for these purposes.

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. In the course of a match, we may share a limited amount of information with a prospective match, but only with the mutual consent of both individuals.
