Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when a client of NEORANG USA, operated by JS Match LLC ("NEORANG USA," "we," "us," or "our") may cancel their service agreement and receive a refund. It applies to all matchmaking service agreements entered into with NEORANG USA.

1. Cancellation Window

After the 3-business-day period has passed, your service agreement is final and no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

2. Exceptions — When No Refund Applies, Even Within the 3-Day Window

Even if you cancel within 3 business days, no refund will be issued if:

• Your first match introduction has already been provided to you;
• You provided false or materially inaccurate information as part of your application or membership; or
• Your agreement is terminated due to your own violation of the service agreement, our Terms & Conditions, or our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. What Is Not a Valid Reason for a Refund

The following are not considered valid grounds for a refund, whether raised within or after the 3-business-day window:

• A change in personal circumstances;
• Expectations about the Service not being met;
• Dissatisfaction with the outcome of an introduction.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us in writing at neorangusa@gmail.com with your name, the date you signed your service agreement, and the reason for your cancellation request. We will confirm receipt of your request and let you know whether it qualifies under this policy. Approved refunds are processed as promptly as possible; we do not commit to a fixed number of processing days.

5. Other Fees

Any additional fees associated with your specific service arrangement (for example, a fee tied to a confirmed match) are disclosed to you and agreed upon before you are charged. Refund eligibility for such fees, if any, will be addressed as part of that disclosure and this policy.
